Meet the Doctors
Chad Ollom, D.D.S.
Dr. Chad Ollom grew up in Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he earned his undergraduate as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Chad gained interest in surgical procedures and implants, leading him to attend the Midwest Implant Institute during his final year. He continued his development in this area, eventually going on to complete their fellowship program.
Dr. Chad constantly strives to bring more value to his patients by seeking out and studying with numerous world-renowned mentors. He dedicates much of his focus toward dental surgery and comprehensive care, including specific procedures such as: extractions, implants, bone grafting, tissue grafting, sinus augmentation and advanced comprehensive restorative dentistry.
He is also skilled at the placement and restoration of implant dentures, as well as full arch implant supported bridges. Dr. Chad is a certified IV conscious sedation provider and prides himself in staying up to date by regular attendance at continuing education courses.
Dr. Chad and his wife, Dr. Stephanie Ollom, are excited to serve the central Ohio community through Lima Community Dental. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Chad loves spending time with his wife and family, especially his three little girls, Sloane, Sage and Sofie.

Stephanie M. Ollom, D.D.S.
Dr. Stephanie Ollom grew up in Wauseon, Ohio and became interested in dentistry at a young age. This led her to attend the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, followed by The Ohio State University where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Prior to opening Lima Community Dental, Dr. Stephanie wanted to serve her country. In 2012, she was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Navy. While in the Navy, Dr. Stephanie completed the Great Lakes Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency, served overseas operating a remote dental clinic, and had the distinct honor of providing dental services to fellow service members and their families.
After completion of her service, Dr. Stephanie Ollom moved back to Ohio to join her husband, Dr. Chad Ollom. Together they have three sweet girls, Sloane, Sage, and Sofie. They love getting to spend time together as a family biking, running, and swimming.
Dr. Stephanie is committed to lifelong learning and the practice of dentistry. Over the years, she has obtained extensive training in CAD/CAM dentistry. Additionally, she recently completed a series on the study of Comprehensive Orthodontics and several courses at the world-renowned Kois Center.

Alexandria Wenig, D.D.S.
Dr. Alexandria Wenig is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. She enjoys building trust through open communication and personalized treatment, making sure each patient feels heard and understood. With experience in prosthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and special care dentistry, Dr. Wenig brings both skill and compassion to every appointment.
She is committed to advancing oral health education, fostering positive patient experiences, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all. Patients appreciate her gentle approach and the time she takes to explain procedures in a clear, reassuring way.
In 2017 and 2018, she traveled to Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic, with Volunteers Around the World to provide medical and dental treatment to impoverished communities. While in dental school, she participated in Smiles for Schools, traveling to schools throughout central Ohio to provide free oral hygiene and nutritional guidance to children.
Outside the office, Dr. Wenig enjoys playing sand volleyball, snowboarding, playing euchre, visiting local art and music shows, and traveling with friends and family.
Dr. Wenig enjoys building meaningful connections and creating a positive, lasting impact on those around her; values that align perfectly with the Pure Smiles mission.

Hsin-yi "Cindy" Liu, D.D.S.
Dr. Cindy Liu is dedicated to making every patient feel at ease and confident in their smile. She has cared for patients in a variety of settings, from family practices to community service projects, and brings a wide range of experience to our team.
She has advanced training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry, including digital dentistry with CEREC and implant care, and enjoys creating treatment plans that fit each patient’s unique needs. Dr. Liu has volunteered her time to serve communities with limited access to dentistry, both locally and abroad, including a dental mission trip to the Philippines in 2024. These experiences have deepened her passion for helping others and strengthened her patient-first approach to care.
Outside the office, Dr. Liu enjoys hiking and exploring contemporary art. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

John Heskett, DDS, PharmD
Dr. John Heskett is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through compassionate, personalized care. He enjoys building lasting relationships with patients of all ages and believes that creating a comfortable, welcoming environment is just as important as delivering exceptional clinical care. His focus on preventive dentistry, restorative treatment, and patient education allows him to develop treatment plans that support both immediate needs and long-term oral health.
What makes Dr. Heskett’s approach especially unique is his background as a licensed pharmacist before pursuing dentistry. With several years of experience in pharmacy, he brings an added understanding of how oral health connects to overall health, medications, and whole-body wellness. This broader healthcare perspective allows him to provide thoughtful, well-rounded care while helping patients feel informed and confident in their treatment decisions.
Dr. Heskett earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry after previously receiving his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the College of the Holy Cross.
Committed to lifelong learning and clinical excellence, Dr. Heskett stays current on advancements in dentistry to ensure his patients receive high-quality, evidence-based care. He looks forward to welcoming every patient with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to their overall health and well-being.
When Dr. Heskett is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, watching the Cincinnati Bengals, and collecting Legos.
