Meet the Doctors
Chad Ollom, D.D.S.
Dr. Chad Ollom grew up in Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he earned his undergraduate as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Chad gained interest in surgical procedures and implants, leading him to attend the Midwest Implant Institute during his final year. He continued his development in this area, eventually going on to complete their fellowship program.
Dr. Chad constantly strives to bring more value to his patients by seeking out and studying with numerous world-renowned mentors. He dedicates much of his focus toward dental surgery and comprehensive care, including specific procedures such as: extractions, implants, bone grafting, tissue grafting, sinus augmentation and advanced comprehensive restorative dentistry.
He is also skilled at the placement and restoration of implant dentures, as well as full arch implant supported bridges. Dr. Chad is a certified IV conscious sedation provider and prides himself in staying up to date by regular attendance at continuing education courses.
Dr. Chad and his wife, Dr. Stephanie Ollom, are excited to serve the central Ohio community through Lima Community Dental. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Chad loves spending time with his wife and family, especially his three little girls, Sloane, Sage and Sofie.

Rebecca Bartlett, D.D.S.
Dr. Rebecca Bartlett grew up in Youngstown, Ohio, and graduated valedictorian from Boardman High School. Following high school, Dr. Bartlett continued her education at John Carroll University and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Additionally, Dr. Bartlett has completed advanced training in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery and IV sedation from the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Bartlett strives to learn more about the field of dentistry and has attended the Midwest Implant Institute, the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology Annual conference, the Minimally Invasive Soft Tissue Grafting for Teeth and Implants with Dr. Pat Allen, the Managing Medical Emergencies with Dr. Dan Becker, and the Advanced Dental Concepts Study Club.
Dr. Bartlett strives to provide convenient appointment times and is comfortable treating complex dental cases. Her vast experience offers sedation dentistry, implant placement, wisdom tooth extraction, extractions before denture placement, and dentoalveolar surgical procedures.
In her free time, Dr. Bartlett enjoys outdoor adventures such as hiking, biking and exercising. She is a foodie and movie fanatic and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Bernedoodle puppy, Bodhi.

Clay Blackwell, DMD
Dr. Clay Blackwell is a dedicated and highly skilled dental professional originally from Columbia, South Carolina, joining the Lima Community Dental team in July 2024. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our practice, ensuring top-quality care for our patients. Dr. Blackwell is passionate about creating a comfortable and positive experience for everyone he treats, emphasizing patient education and personalized care.
Dr. Blackwell’s education includes a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine, where he graduated in May 2023. He also completed a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Clemson University in May 2018.
Dr. Clay Blackwell has actively volunteered his time and expertise in various community service initiatives, both locally and internationally. His volunteer work includes providing endodontic treatment and performing surgical and routine extractions for underserved populations through Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh and the Community Health Clinic in New Kensington, PA. He has also participated in a dental service trip to Comayagua, Honduras, where he provided essential dental care and helped optimize clinic workflows.
Additionally, Dr. Blackwell has contributed to Mission of Mercy events in Pittsburgh, assisting endodontics residents and collaborating with attending dentists to ensure high standards of patient care. Through these experiences, Dr. Blackwell has developed a deep commitment to improving oral health and delivering compassionate care to those in need.
Dr. Blackwell’s commitment to his profession, his community, and providing patient-focused care makes him an integral part of the Lima Community Dental team. He is dedicated to creating comfortable and positive dental experiences, ensuring lasting oral health for every patient he treats.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Blackwell enjoys playing golf and cooking. He loves watching all sports, but football, hockey, and UFC are his favorites.

Mahmmoud Tabbaa, DDS
Dr. Mahmmoud Tabbaa is proud to join Lima Community Dental, where he brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to patient care. With a passion for comprehensive dentistry and a strong belief in treating every patient like family, Dr. Tabbaa looks forward to serving the Lima community with integrity, empathy, and clinical excellence.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University, where he completed advanced training in pediatric and emergency care, radiology, orthodontic screenings, and surgical assisting. His experience includes clinical rotations at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Case Western Reserve University, giving him a broad and well-rounded clinical foundation.
Beyond dentistry, Dr. Tabbaa is deeply committed to giving back. He has volunteered in the Zaatari Refugee Camp, participated in Give Kids a Smile, and supported athletes at the Special Olympics; experiences that shaped his dedication to access, education, and compassionate care.
Dr. Tabbaa also holds a master’s in biomedical science with a concentration in stem cell research, as well as an MBA. He has supported future dental professionals as a DAT tutor and INBDE content creator, helping others reach their goals in the field.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, Dr. Tabbaa enjoys cycling, exploring different cultures, and reconnecting with his roots. Since relocating to the area, he’s made it a point to stop by Kewpee at least once a week. He is excited to bring his thoughtful, ethical approach to the Pure Smiles team and become part of the Lima community.
