Meet The Team
Jenn
Jenn joined Lima Community Dental in December 2025. She enjoys making meaningful connections with people and building relationships with both patients and teammates. Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending time with family and friends and treasures her role as a proud Gigi. She enjoys camping, boating, soaking up the sunshine, and hosting gatherings for loved ones. Jennifer also loves decorating and creating memorable experiences for family events and celebrations.
Michelle
Michelle joined Lima Community Dental in April 2025. She enjoys helping patients experiencing dental discomfort feel comfortable and confident in their smiles. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Hailey
Hailey joined Lima Community Dental in August 2024. She enjoys learning the ins and outs of office operations and working with patients. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys playing PC games and cooking.
Jessica
Jessica joined Lima Community Dental in November 2025 and is new to the dental field. She enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported during their visits. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family.
Jess
Jess was born and raised in Ohio. She joined the Lima Community Dental team in June 2015. She holds her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Her favorite thing about the dental field is helping patients get their smiles back!
Outside of work, Jess enjoys working out and spending time with her children and family.

Karen
Karen was born and raised in Ohio. She holds her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Karen joined the Lima Community Dental team in 2010. She enjoys working alongside her teammates and serving patients’ different needs.
Karen is an avid golfer and loves playing in her free time. Karen also enjoys spending time with family, her grandchildren, and her dogs.
One of Karen’s favorite sayings is “The Golden Rule” and she treats others as she would like to be treated in life.
Audra
Hailing from Ohio, Audra joined our practice in June 2024 and is passionate about continuing her education in dental hygiene. She loves educating patients about their dental health and empowering them to improve their smiles.
Outside of work, Audra enjoys spending time with friends and has a love for singing. One of her favorite pastimes is exploring new coffee shops with her fiance. A fun fact about Audra is that she has traveled to El Salvador twice on mission trips, where she contributed to a dental team dedicated to providing essential dental care to those in need.
Kelly
Kelly was born and raised in Ohio. She completed her EFDA certification at OSU/Sinclair Community College. Kelly joined the practice in June 2020. Her favorite thing about the dental industry is working with patients to improve their smile and boost their confidence!
Outside the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Tiffany
Tiffany joined Lima Community Dental in May 2026. She enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their treatment, especially when restoring their smiles. Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her son, watching him play baseball, and being with her family. She also enjoys traveling.
Jasmine
Meet Jasmine, our dental assistant, proudly raised in Ohio. Having earned her dental certification in 2019, she became a valuable part of our team in November 2023. Jasmine takes great satisfaction in witnessing patients regain their confidence through dental care. Her dedication to patient well-being and commitment to a positive atmosphere aligns seamlessly with the values at Lima Community Dental.
Outside of the dental world, Jasmine cherishes time spent with her kids, friends, and family, creating memorable moments.
Piper
Piper, a dental assistant from Ohio and a graduate of the Columbus Academy of Dental Assisting, joined Lima Community Dental in September 2023. She’s passionate about helping patients achieve their dream smiles. In her free time, she’s an avid “Grey’s Anatomy” fan and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Janelle
Janelle joined Lima Community Dental in 2026 and previously worked with the organization from 2019 to 2022. She enjoys helping patients leave with what she believes is their best feature: their smile. Janelle values being part of a close-knit team and helping create positive experiences for patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, shopping, and traveling to new places.
Bailey
Bailey joined Lima Community Dental in 2026 and loves helping others and being part of a team that is kind, supportive, and always willing to help. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, and spending time with family.
